NYC PictureFoods are meant to nourish and replenish – what we have now is the exact opposite. In a Sustainable Foods Cooking Class, you will learn how to identify and make nutrient dense foods. Among other subjects, we will review why butter, whole milk and eggs nourish your body and which foods can reduce inflammatory responses in your body. Further, you will learn how to determine what foods you should eat – even if they are labeled “organic,” “natural” or “fortified.?”   We will make butter, cream cheese, whey, taste wonderful chicken broth, and make any kids favorite – ketchup – plus many other resources and good information!
